At Kinasih Spices & Herbs, we ship our premium agricultural goods directly from our farms and production facilities in Indonesia to customers around the globe. Below are the details of our shipping practices, timelines, and restrictions.
1. Fulfillment & Processing Times
All orders are processed and prepared for transit within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and local public holidays) after your payment is cleared and authorized through PayPal. You will receive an email confirmation containing your unique tracking token once the shipment is handoff-ready.
2. Global Coverage & Shipping
Through our international logistics partners and postal networks, we ship to over 200 countries across the Americas, Europe, Asia-Pacific, Africa, and the Middle East.
Our checkout dropdown lists all currently eligible shipping countries based on our carrier service coverage. If your country is not listed, we are unfortunately unable to deliver to your location at this time due to carrier constraints.
3. Shipping Rates
We are proud to offer Free Shipping on all international orders. No minimum order value is required to qualify. We absorb standard international shipping fees to make our premium spices accessible to kitchens worldwide.
4. Customs, Tariffs, and Import Fees
Because agricultural goods and dried spices are subject to varying health, sanitary, and import regulations in different nations, your parcel may be inspected by customs authorities at destination. You are solely responsible for any import duties, tariffs, VAT, customs clearance handling fees, or country-specific import taxes that may be charged upon arrival. We recommend checking your local customs guidelines for agricultural imports before buying.
5. Shipment Tracking
Once your order is processed, a unique 32-byte tracking token is generated and associated with your order. You can enter this token at any time on our Track Order page to check your shipping status, carrier notes, and transit updates.
